牡蠣 (去殼)100g
蘿蔔泥 25g
萬能蔥 (蔥花) 1.50g
味滋康 鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁 30ml

柚子胡椒 1.50g
Instructions
- 薑牡蠣在鹽水裡洗淨。
- 在熱水中加入少許鹽並加入牡蠣後煮沸約30秒。迅速膨脹後放入冰水中冷卻、瀝乾。
- 將牡蠣盛入容器中,將稍微瀝乾的蘿蔔泥盛上,撒蔥花上去。淋上「鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁」。
可根據喜好添加佐料。
