Ingredients

雞絞肉 (100g)
<調味料1>
醬油 (2小匙)
味滋康 料理酒 (2小匙)
砂糖 (1/2大匙)
罐頭鮪魚肉 (小1缶)
美乃滋 (2大匙)
蛋 (1個)
<調味料2>
塩 (少許)
砂糖 (1小匙)
白飯 (4碗份)
味滋康 壽司醋 (4大匙)
巴西利 (少許)
豌豆粒(煮熟) (適量)

Instructions

  1. 雞絞肉入鍋加入<調味料1>後開火拌炒, 炒熟成肉醬即可。
  2. 罐頭鮪魚加入美乃滋拌勻。
  3. 蛋液混合<調味料2>後, 用微波爐(600W)加熱1分10秒, 攪拌成炒蛋狀。
  4. 白飯加入「壽司醋」混拌均勻, 將飯分成兩個半份, 一半加入切碎的巴西利。
  5. 玻璃杯内一層一層依序裝入巴西利、壽司飯、美乃滋鮪魚、壽司飯、雞肉醬、炒蛋, 最後在最上面放上豌豆粒點綴。
