Instructions
- [1] 豬肉和舞菇切吃入口大小。洋蔥切薄片。
- [2] 平底鍋里加熱沙拉油,開中火炒豬肉,豬肉熟了後加入洋蔥和舞茸一起炒。都炒熟後就倒入「柑橘醋醬」炒勻。
- [3] 盛入盤裏,再依個人喜好撒些粗粒黑胡椒、蔥花享用。
