Ingredients

雞胸肉(去皮)1片
甜椒 2個
大蒜(蒜末)1/2個
 
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁2大匙
花生醬 2大匙
橄欖油 2小匙

Instructions

  1. 去除青椒的籽後,隨意切成大塊片狀。 雞肉切成一口大小。
  2. 將橄欖油和大蒜放入平底鍋中,開中火爆香大蒜炒約1分鐘,至略呈香酥色澤。
  3. 加入雞肉後開大火炒,再加入青椒拌炒1至2分鐘,最後加入(1)炒至入味。
