甜椒 (2個)
大蒜(蒜末) (1/2個)

柑橘醋醬汁 (2大匙)
花生醬 (2大匙)
橄欖油 (2小匙)
Instructions
- 去除青椒的籽後,隨意切成大塊片狀。 雞肉切成一口大小。
- 將橄欖油和大蒜放入平底鍋中,開中火爆香大蒜炒約1分鐘,至略呈香酥色澤。
- 加入雞肉後開大火炒,再加入青椒拌炒1至2分鐘,最後加入<A>炒至入味。
*請使用花生醬(加糖型)代替花生抹醬。 建議使用有花生顆粒的。
