蝦子 (150g)
料理酒 (1小匙)
鹽 (少量)
萬能蔥 (4根)
薑 (1/2片)
麻油 (1小匙)
沙拉油 (2大匙)
綠豆(green peas) 冷凍 (1大匙)
蛋 (5個)
 
料理酒 (1小匙)
味淋風調味料本照 (4小匙)
 
味滋康™味淋
鹽 (少量)
胡椒 (少量)
 
高湯汁 (1/4杯)
料理酒 (1大匙)
味淋風調味料本照 (1/2大匙)
 
味滋康™味淋
鹽 (少量)
醬油 (1/2大匙)

Instructions

  1. 蝦子剝殼去除背部泥腸,切成易入口之大小,使用味滋康™料裡酒調味。
  2. 萬能蔥切小口,薑切成細末。將綠豆(green pea)簡單川燙。
  3. 將蛋徹底打散後加入<調味料1>來調味。
  4. 讓<調味料2>小滾後加入太白粉(與水調好),最後加上芝麻油。
  5. 平底鍋裡放沙拉油並加熱,將②的薑放入爆香炒①之蝦。蝦子變色後加入③的蛋汁與②的蔥攪拌2~3圈,表面變得半熟狀態就關火盛盤。最後淋上④汁,灑上②的綠豆。
