香煎蒜味雞腿

Ingredients

雞腿肉 (1支)
太白粉 (適量)
沙拉油 (1/2大匙)
蔥(切成蔥花) (適量)
 
<配菜>
高麗菜 (適量)
小番茄 (適量)
 
<調味料>
柑橘醋醬汁 (2大匙)
砂糖 (2小匙)
蒜頭 (1/2瓣)

Instructions

  1. 雞腿肉切成一口大小,均勻撒上太白粉。高麗菜切絲、蒜頭磨成泥。
  2. 平底鍋熱鍋後倒油,把雞皮的那一面先煎出焦黃色後,再翻面將雞肉全部煎熟。邊煎邊用紙巾吸收去多餘的油。

      <調味料>混合均勻後,入鍋與雞肉一同拌炒至入味。 將雞腿肉與<配菜>一同擺放入盤,最後在雞肉上面撒些蔥花點綴。
