Ingredients

牛排肉片 2塊
洋葱 1小個
 
<A>
柑橘醋醬汁 4大匙
紅酒 4大匙
奶油 1大匙
粗黑胡椒(適量)
花椰菜 (些許)

Instructions

  1. 牛排從冷藏庫放常溫回溫,洋葱切薄片。
  2. 在鍋中放奶油開中火燒熱後,放入牛肉約2分鐘至單面變色,翻面後轉中小火蓋上鍋蓋再悶煎2分鐘。關火後取出牛肉用鋁箔紙包好,用餘熱悶3分鐘。
  3. 把洋葱放入煎過牛肉的鍋子裡炒過,再加上<A>後轉大火煮2分鐘至酒精蒸發。
  4. 最後將牛排切成好入口大小盛入盤中,撒上粗黑胡椒粒。依個人喜好可加水煮花椰菜做盤飾。
