Ingredients
雞腿肉 1塊
酒 1/2大匙
薑汁 1小匙
太白粉 1大匙
麵粉 1大匙
炸油 適量
蘿蔔泥 50g
紫蘇 1片
味滋康 鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁 適量
Instructions
- 將紫蘇切成末,與蘿蔔泥混合。
- 雞腿肉除去多餘的脂肪,切成稍大的一口大小。將雞腿肉、放入塑料袋中揉搓。放入太白粉,充分揉搓,使面粉整體融合後,加入麵粉再次充分揉搓。
- 將炸油放入鍋中高度約1.5公分,用中火將雞腿肉油炸2至3分鐘後,將其上下顛倒變換方向,然後繼續油炸2至3分鐘再取出。
- 在容器中放入 [3] ,將 [1] 放在四周,最後將「鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁」淋上全部。
