Ingredients
杏鮑菇 25g
鴻喜菇 30g
金針菇 25g
香菇 15g
蒜頭(切末)2.5g
豌豆莢 6g
鮭魚(切片)100g
奶油 5g
柑橘醋醬汁 15ml
Instructions
- 將菇類切成好入口大小。蒜頭切末。豌豆莢快速燙一下撈起切斜片。
- 鮭魚片切3~4等分, 用擦上沙拉油的平底鍋將魚肉兩面都煎至焦香。取出放一旁備用。
- 用同一個平底鍋放入菇類、蒜末後大火快炒, 放回②的鮭魚再炒一下。最後加入奶油跟「柑橘醋醬汁」炒至入味後起鍋。
- 放入盤中, 上面撒上燙熟的豌豆莢點綴。
