Ingredients

豬肉薄片 5片 (160g)
日本長芋 (5cm)
起司片(型) (1枚)
胡椒塩 少許 (0.5g)
沙拉油(炒菜用)(1大匙)
蔥(蔥碎切)(適量)
柑橘醋醬汁 (1大匙)

Instructions

  1. 日本長芋切成寬1cm*長5cm的條狀,起司片也切成一樣大小,在日本長芋上面先夾上一片起司,再用切成約15cm長的豬肉片包捲起來,上撒胡椒鹽後備用。
  2. 在鍋中倒入沙拉油後開火,放入①油煎,待肉煎熟後起鍋盛入盤內,撒上葱花,趁熱淋上「柑橘醋醬汁」後即可享用!
