Instructions
- 製作餃肉餡】 高麗菜切細放入碗內, 撒上少許鹽巴 ( 份量外) 後靜置, 充分揉勻徹底瀝乾水分。將蔥、薑、大蒜切成細末。
- 將豬絞肉放入碗內, 放入<餡料>攪拌到很有黏性, 再加入高麗菜蔥、薑、大蒜充分拌勻後分成12等分。
- 水餃皮中間放上1份[2]的肉餡, 水餃皮四周沾水從邊緣捏起摺出縐摺後, 包起捏緊邊口。
- 將水餃放入滾水中煮。
- 將水餃裝盤, 淋上「味滋康TM 金芝麻醬系列」。
- 撒上辣油、花椒粉、碎腰果及切成細末的萬能蔥。
