香菇 (1包)
杏鮑菇 (1包)
鴻喜菇 (1包)
培根 (2片)
奶油 (適量)
萬能蔥 (少量)
柑橘醋醬汁 (適量)

Instructions

  1. 香菇取除根蒂,香菇、杏鮑菇切成0.5公分厚度大小。鴻喜菇與金針菇分成一小朵,培根切成1公分寬度。
  2. 平底鍋裡放入奶油,炒培根,接下來炒香菇。
  3. 炒完盛盤,放入已切好的萬能蔥,再淋上味滋康柑橘醬油。
