Ingredients

豬五花薄片 150g
鹽.胡椒 少許
豆芽菜 1包(200g)
細蔥 (蔥花) 適量
<調味料>
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁 適量
味滋康 鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁 適量

Instructions

  1. 豬肉要切跟豆芽菜一樣長。
  2. 把豆芽菜放在耐熱盤子,上面放豬肉,盡量不要交疊地平舖上去。
  3. 輕輕地包上保鮮膜後,放入微波爐(600W)加熱5分30秒。加熱完先不要拿掉保鮮膜,放在微波爐裡等兩分鐘,用余熱蒸熟。
  4. 盛在盤內,可隨個人喜好撒些細蔥再淋上「柑橘醋醬汁」或「鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁」。
