豬里肌肉 薄片(300g)
牛腿肉 薄片(200g)
青椒 (4個)
紅甜椒 (1個)
洋蔥 (1個)
高麗菜 (3片)
番茄 (1個)
黑胡椒 (隨個人喜好)
起司粉 (隨個人喜好)
白蘿蔔泥 (200g)
綠紫蘇 (4片)
長葱 (1根)
柚子胡椒 (適量)
柑橘醋醬汁 (適量)
Instructions
- 青菜切成好入口大小。準備<吃的橙醋醬®>的食材。番茄切丁、綠紫蘇大略切一下不用切太細末。長葱白切成細絲。
- 肉片切成好入口大小後與青菜一起烤熟後, 放入盤内。
- 將醬料碗内加入<吃的橙醋醬® >的食材, 最後加入「柑橘醋醬汁」, 夾肉片或蔬菜沾取醬汁後享用。
