Ingredients

豬五花片 200g
豌豆苗  1包(50g)
蛋 1個
沙拉油 一小匙
<調味料>
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁 兩大匙
味滋康 鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁 兩大匙

Instructions

  1. 豬五花切5cm長。豆苗切掉根,再切一半。蛋打成蛋液。
  2. 平底鍋放沙拉油後開大火加熱,加蛋液下去炒成大塊炒蛋,取出盛在盤內。
  3. 平底鍋裡放豬五花片後開略大的中火炒,炒到微烤焦再加「柑橘醋醬汁」或「柚子醋醬汁」,繼續炒至收汁。
  4. 加入[1]的豆苗,[2]的炒蛋,快速混拌一下就起鍋。
