味滋康 壽司醋 (90ml)
花枝(生魚片) (150g)
鮭魚(生魚片) (150g)
煎蛋皮 (50g)
小黃瓜 (10g)
酪梨 (10g)
毛豆 (20g)
醬油 (適量)
 
可依喜好加入:
鮭魚卵 (34g)

Instructions

  1. 將尚温熱的白飯淋上「壽司醋」混拌均勻。
  2. 把鮭魚、花枝、酪梨切成一口大小。煎蛋皮跟小黄瓜切成四角形。
  3. 先將[1]盛放入碗盤內, 擺放[2]、毛豆裝飾。依個人喜好沾醬油享用。
