Ingredients

豬五花薄片 150g
洋蔥 1/2個
沙拉油(炒菜用) 一小匙
<調味料>
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁 兩大匙
或是
味滋康 鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁 兩大匙
<依個人喜好>
黑胡椒 適量
<配菜>
萵苣 適量
小番茄 適量

Instructions

  1. 豬五花片切成好入口大小。洋蔥切5mm寬片。
  2. 平底鍋加入沙拉油後開火加熱, 煎豬五花肉片。肉熟後再放洋蔥一起炒。
  3. 等食材都炒熟再以繞圈方式沿鍋加入「柑橘醋醬汁」或「鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁」,快速混拌再熄火後,用鍋子余熱炒一下再起鍋。盤內可依個人喜好放萵苣或小番茄點綴。
  4. 最後可隨個人喜好撒點黑胡椒更美味。
