Ingredients

豬五花肉片 ( 50g )
蓮藕 ( 2cm )
蒟蒻 ( 1cm )
牛蒡 ( 1/4根 ( 40g ) )
紅蘿蔔 (1/8根)
大蒜 (1小匙 ( 泥狀 ) )
<湯頭>
水 ( 1杯 )
鰹魚調味露二倍 ( 1又2/3大匙 )
麻油 ( 1~2小匙 )
蔥末 ( 適量 )

Instructions

  1. 把蔬菜跟豬肉片切成適當的大小。 <湯頭>的材料充分混合。
  2. 在鍋內倒入麻油,再倒入大蒜與豬肉拌炒。
  3. 在豬肉差不多快熟的時候,再倒入其他食材繼續拌炒。
  4. 炒一下後加入<湯頭>,持續煮到蔬菜全部熟透後熄火,盛碗並撒上蔥末即可享用!
