豬里肌肉 400g
高麗菜 5大片
豌豆 (適量)
大蒜 1片
 
<調味料>
味滋康™柑橘醋醬汁 4大匙
豆漿 4大匙

Instructions

  1. 把大蒜切碎末。高麗菜切一半。
  2. 在鍋內交錯放入豬肉與高麗菜,最上面撒上豌豆。
  3. 把<調味料>倒入[2]、加上大蒜,蓋上鍋蓋轉中火蒸10分鐘。
  4. 等豬肉熟透後即可盛盤。
