Ingredients

豬五花肉 薄片 (150g)
洋蔥 (1/2個)
沙拉油(炒菜用) (1小匙)
柑橘醋醬汁 (2大匙)

Instructions

  1. 豬五花片切成好入口大小。洋蔥切成5mm寬月牙型。
  2. 取平底鍋倒入沙拉油後加熱, 加入豬五花片快炒。等到肉熟後加入洋蔥拌炒。
  3. 等鍋内食材炒熟後, 繞圈似的加入「柑橘醋醬汁」, 快速炒兩下後關火用餘熱炒入味。盤内隨個人喜好加入萵苣及番茄點綴, 放入炒好的食材。
