Ingredients

雞腿肉 1支
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁® 1/4杯
水 1/4杯
沙拉油 1/2大匙
<喜好搭配>
花椰菜 適量
小番茄 適量

Instructions

  1. 雞腿肉擦去多餘水份,用叉子在肉的兩面稍微刺幾下。
  2. 將<A>倒入塑膠袋中,放入雞腿肉後揉至肉面均勻裹上醬汁。去除袋內空氣後密封袋子,放進冰箱醃30分鐘~1天。
  3. 平底鍋倒入沙拉油開中火加熱,先從帶皮面開始煎雞肉、待表皮焦黃後翻面繼續煎,最後倒入醃製醬汁,蓋上鍋蓋用中火再煎煮7分鐘左右。
  4. 取出雞肉切成方便入口大小後,盛入盤內。盤中可搭配<喜好搭配>點綴。
  5. ※裝盤時,請小心不要淋上太多湯汁,以免過鹹。
