麵粉 (適量)

Instructions
- 鮭魚切成薄片,放於保鮮膜上輕輕打扁,灑上麵粉。將隨意切好的起司與蘆筍放在鮭魚的一半後折起來。依麵粉、蛋、麵包粉的順序沾。
- 將炸油加溫至中溫程度炸。
- 盛盤後配菜,依個人喜好淋上味滋康金芝麻醬。
