Ingredients

壽司飯 630g
鮭魚(生魚片用)15片
鮪魚(生魚片用)15片
鯛魚(生魚片用)15片
鮭魚子 (適量)
小黃瓜 3根
雞鬆 200g
炒蛋 (適量)
蒔蘿葉 (適量)

Instructions

  1. 把壽司飯(70g)用保鮮膜做成直徑6cm左右的圓柱型。
  2. 在①的周圍捲上2片用削皮器削出的小黃瓜薄片。
  3. 在②上面鋪上炒蛋與雞鬆各一半。
  4. 把鮪魚、鮭魚、鯛魚疊成花朵的形狀、放在③的上面。再放上鮭魚子與蒔蘿葉裝飾即大功告成!
