Ingredients

雞腿肉(業務用) (250g)
長蔥 (50g)
麻油 (適量)
萬能葱(切蔥花) (10g)
沙拉醬 (芥末) (15ml)

Instructions

  1. 雞腿肉橫切成大塊, 長蔥切成5mm蔥段。
  2. 倒入麻油後加熱平底鍋, 用大火快炒長蔥, 炒好後先取出。用同一個平底鍋開大火炒雞肉。
  3. 等到炒熟後將炒好的長蔥放入, 將「芥末醬油沙拉醬」入鍋調味, 讓食材均勻裹上醬汁。最後將切成蔥末的萬能蔥灑上做點綴。
