花生醬炒蘆筍豬肉佐「柑橘醋醬汁」

Ingredients

豬肉薄片 200g
蘆筍(綠色)7~8根
大蒜 (蒜末)1/2個
味滋康柑橘醋醬汁2大匙
花生醬2大匙
橄欖油1小匙

Instructions

  1. 蘆筍根部削皮,切4公分長斜段。將蘆筍和<A>混拌。
  2. 平底鍋放入大蒜及橄欖油,開中火炒約1分鐘爆香大蒜並略成香酥色澤。
  3. 加入豬肉拌炒,炒至肉大約7~8成顏色都變白後,加入蘆筍炒約2分鐘,加入剩餘的<A>湯汁拌炒後起鍋。
    1. *請使用花生醬(加糖型)代替花生抹醬。 建議使用有花生顆粒的。
