花枝 1條
青椒 1個
大蒜 1片
辣椒圈 1根
橄欖油 1大匙
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁 2大匙
酒 1小匙

Instructions

  1. 花枝取出内臓、橫切成1cm寬。青椒縦切成1cm寬。
  2. 大蒜切薄片、紅辣椒去籽切環狀。
  3. 鍋內加橄欖油快炒[2]、等到香味出來後轉大火、放入[1]炒熟、最後加入「味滋康柑橘醬汁」和米酒調味。
