雞腿肉 1片
<鶏丸子材料>
雞絞肉 200g
大蔥(切碎) 10cm分
薑 1塊
蛋 1個
玉米粉 2個
鹽 少許
料理酒 1大匙
<火鍋食材>
白菜 4片
大蔥 1根
香菇 4個
金針菇 1袋
嫩豆腐 1塊
紅蘿蔔 適量
茼蒿 1把
<調味料>
昆布 (5cm) 1片
味滋康 鮮藏果香® 柚子醋醬汁 適量
Instructions
- 把昆布放進裝好水的鍋裡泡一下。
- 雞腿肉切一口大小。<雞肉丸子食材>攪拌均勻後捏成雞肉丸子。
- 白菜、嫩豆腐切成合適食用的大小。大蔥斜切成段、金針菇去蒂掰散。香菇和紅蘿蔔切花,茼蒿取嫩葉的部分。。
- [1]開火煮沸,沸騰後將昆布取出。放入[2]的雞肉和雞肉丸子煮。其他的食材也依序加入煮熟後, 夾取食材沾鮮藏果香 柚子醋醬汁享用。
