Ingredients

雞腿肉 2片
嫩豆腐 2塊
長葱 1根
水 6杯
酒 3大匙
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁 3大匙

Instructions

  1. 雞腿切成略大的一口大小塊狀,豆腐一塊切成6等分。長葱切對半後再切斜薄片。
  2. 鍋中放入水、雞腿肉和酒開火加熱, 煮開後轉小火燉煮約20分,邊煮邊將浮渣撈起。
  3. 待雞肉煮軟熟後,加入柑橘醋醬汁再煮一會兒,最後加入豆腐和長葱煮熟即可。可依個人喜好沾取柑橘醋醬汁享用。
