Ingredients

培根 (4 片)
金針菇 (1 包)
鴻喜菇 (1 包)
沙拉油 (適量)
奶油 (4g)
萬能蔥 (少量)
胡椒 (少量)
柑橘醋醬汁 (1~2大匙)

Instructions

  1. 培根切成1公分寬度,秀珍菇與金針菇去除根蒂後分成一小朵。
  2. 平底鍋裡放入沙拉油,炒培根。
  3. [2]裡加入[1]一起炒,全體看起來有熟就加奶油。
  4. 奶油溶化後倒入味滋康柑橘醬油判炒。
  5. 炒完盛盤,加入已切好之萬能蔥。
