蛋 (2 個)
菠菜 (1/2 束)
馬鈴薯 (1個)
鮪魚罐頭 (1個)
鮮奶 (4大匙)
起司 (25g)
黑胡椒 (少量)
鹽 (少量)
芝麻醬 (堅果) (4小匙)

Instructions

  1. 馬鈴薯切成0.8公分大小的半圓型厚度,放進微波爐加熱約2分鐘。菠菜也放進微波爐加熱約1分鐘。
  2. 耐熱容器裡擺上[1],依個人喜好加味滋康金芝麻醬和鮪魚罐頭攪拌,蛋放在中央,旁邊放入起司。再加入鮮奶後灑上鹽與胡椒,放進烤箱烤5~8分鐘。
