Instructions
- 馬鈴薯切成0.8公分大小的半圓型厚度,放進微波爐加熱約2分鐘。菠菜也放進微波爐加熱約1分鐘。
- 耐熱容器裡擺上[1],依個人喜好加味滋康金芝麻醬和鮪魚罐頭攪拌,蛋放在中央,旁邊放入起司。再加入鮮奶後灑上鹽與胡椒,放進烤箱烤5~8分鐘。
