鮭魚 200.00 g

胡椒 少量
麵粉 適量
洋蔥 (切片)1/4個
杏包菇 1本
小番茄 4個
彩椒(黃) 1/8個
糯米椒 2根
沙拉油 適量
味滋康 鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁 適量

Instructions

  1. 鮭魚撒上鹽,隔10分鐘之後用紙巾擦乾。再將其切成3~4等分,然後撒上胡椒和麵粉。
  2. 將杏鮑菇切成5mm寬,將彩椒切成兩半,切成5mm寬。糯米椒用牙籤刺開2~3個洞。
  3. 將沙拉油放入平底鍋中約5mm深,放入 [1]加熱使其兩面成黃褐色後。再加點油放入[2]小番茄加熱。
  4. 完成[3]後加入 洋蔥混合後裝盤,淋上「鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁」。
