鮭魚 (生魚片等級) 1片
洋蔥 1/6個
味滋康 鮮藏果香® 柚子醋醬汁 4大匙
橄欖油 1大匙
白飯 丼 2碗飯
水菜 1把
炒過的芝麻 (白) 1小匙
青蔥 (蔥花) 適量
Instructions
- 鮭魚切成1.5cm大的方塊狀,洋蔥切絲,水菜切3cm長。
- 鮭魚、洋蔥、柚子汁醬醋及橄欖油放進料理碗中攪拌均勻後備用。
- 白飯、水菜盛入丼飯碗中,[2]的配料均勻鋪上, 再撒點白芝麻及蔥花裝飾後,將[2]的湯汁畫圈似的澆淋在飯上
