Ingredients

鮭魚 (3片)
鹽 (適量)
胡椒 (適量)
麵粉 (適量)
馬鈴薯 (小8個)
蘆筍 (1束)
沙拉油 (適量)
奶油 (10g)
 
金芝麻醬(粗粒) (適量)
 
芝麻醬 (堅果)

Instructions

  1. 馬鈴薯洗淨後,直接包保鮮膜放進微波爐加熱。加熱後剝皮切半。
  2. 鮭魚切成一口大小,灑上鹽、胡椒、麵粉。
  3. 蘆筍切成易入口之長度,放進微波爐。
  4. 用沙拉油煎馬鈴薯煎至表面變金黃色。
  5. 加上沙拉油,煎鮭魚表面變成金黃色,再加④、③一ˇ起炒拌。最後加入奶油攪拌均勻盛盤。淋上味滋康金芝麻醬即可享用。
