Ingredients

鮭魚 (切片) 4片
洋蔥 1/2個
南瓜 100g
鴻喜菇 1/2袋
味滋康 料理酒 4小匙
<調味料>
味滋康 柑橘醋醬汁 適量

Instructions

  1. 鮭魚兩面撒上鹽 (分量外).洋蔥切5mm寬片,南瓜切成一口大小的薄片.鴻喜菇掰成小塊.
  2. 在鋁箔紙上放①淋上「味滋康料理酒」後包好.放入平底鍋,開略弱的中火加熱7分鐘左右,加熱至食材全熟.
  3. 淋上「柑橘風味调味料」享用
