絞肉 (200g)
番茄 (2個)
茄子 (2根)
洋蔥 (1/2個)
大蒜 (1片)
橄欖油 (1大匙)
柑橘醋醬汁 (4大匙)
番茄汁 (4大匙)

義大利荷蘭芹 (適量)
Instructions
- 把大蒜切成末
- 把洋蔥切成扇狀
- 把番茄切成8等分
- 把茄子切成滾刀塊,在水裡沖洗
- 去除水分
- 把橄欖油和大蒜放在煎鍋裡,用中火炒一炒
- 顏色呈現浅褐色的時候就把絞肉放在裡面炒一炒
- 肉的顏色有變化後,把洋蔥和茄子放在裡面
- 等到洋蔥呈現透明感,茄子有油份的時候轉成強火
- 把柑橘醬醋汁和番茄汁加在裡面
- 為了讓水份適當收汁,拌炒後煮5分鐘左右
- 當水份大概剩下一半時,把番茄加在裡面
- 拌炒以後蓋上鍋蓋,用強火煮2分鐘左右
- 最後再把全部炒至混合
