雞腿肉(業務用) (125g)
塩・胡椒 (0.15 g)
沙拉油 (6g)
紫洋蔥 (25g)
西洋芹 (15g)
酪梨 (15g)
番茄 (40g)
生菜 (15g)
紫高麗菜 (5g)
黃豆 (袋裝乾燥) (5g)
沙拉醬 (芥末) (20 ml)
Instructions
- 雞肉灑上塩・胡椒後、用加了沙拉油的平底鍋煎熟。
- 紫洋蔥、西洋芹切薄片。酪梨、番茄切成2cm左右塊狀。萵苣、紫高麗菜切成好入口大小。
- 切成一口大小的①和②、加入水煮熟的黃豆, 最後淋上「芥末醬油沙拉醬」享用。
