Instructions
- 鮭魚撒上鹽,隔10分鐘之後用紙巾擦乾。再將其切成3~4等分,然後撒上胡椒和麵粉。
- 將杏鮑菇切成5mm寬,將彩椒切成兩半,切成5mm寬。糯米椒用牙籤刺開2~3個洞。
- 將沙拉油放入平底鍋中約5mm深,放入 [1]加熱使其兩面成黃褐色後。再加點油放入[2]小番茄加熱。
- 完成[3]後加入 洋蔥混合後裝盤,淋上「鮮藏果香柚子醋醬汁」。
