Ingredients

Salmon (sashimi) (4 slices)
Pepper (as appropriate)
Pepper (as appropriate)
Salt (as appropriate)
Sliced cheese (2 pieces)
Asparagus (1 stalk)
Flour (as appropriate)
Eggs (as appropriate)
Bread crumbs (as appropriate)
Oil for deep frying purposes (as appropriate)
Sesame Sauce Roasted Coarse Type 250ml (As appropriate)
 
or
Sesame Sauce with Roasted Nuts 250ml (As appropriate)

Instructions

  1. Slice salmon into thin pieces. Cling-wrap around and tap lightly to make it thinner. Use a filter and spread flour onto surface of salmon. Cut Cheese and asparagus into appropriate sizes. Place them onto one half of the Salmon and fold over the other half to sandwich the contents. Coat salmon according to the following order: Flour, eggs, Bread crumbs.
  2. Heat up deep frying oil to medium heat and fry (1)
  3. Transfer to prepared dishes. Serve with preferred MIZKAN™ Sesame Sauce
