Ingredients

Minced pork (100g)
Water (1/4 cup)

<Seasonings>
White leeks (finely chopped) (1/2 tbsp)
Sesame oil (1 tbsp)
Grated ginger (3g)
Ground garlic (2g)
Salt (To taste)
Chicken soup stock (1/4 tsp)

Gyoza wrappers (10)

Salad oil (for frying) (1/2 tbsp)
Water (As needed)
Mizkan AJIPON® (To taste)

<Garnish>
Bean sprouts (1/2 bag)

Instructions

  1. Wash the bean sprouts and place in a heat-resistant dish. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave the bean sprouts for about 2 minutes (600W). Keep the plastic wrap on as it cools down.
  2. Mix the minced pork until it turns into a mash-like consistency. Add water and mix well. Add the <seasonings>.
  3. Coat the edges of the gyoza wrappers with (additional) water. Place [1] on the wrappers and close.
  4. Heat the salad oil in a frying pan, add the gyoza and fry them. When the bottom of the gyoza has turned brown, pour in water and cover the pan with a lid. When the water has evaporated, turn off the heat and place the gyoza on a plate together with [1].
  5. Serve with AJIPON.
