Ingredients
Salmon (sashimi) (16 slices)
Salmon roe (as appropriate)
Cucumber (2 pieces)
White sesame seeds (as appropriate)
Shredded seaweed (as appropriate)
<Sushi rice>
Rice (450g)
Sushi Seasoning with Kelp Extract (6 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Add MIZKAN™ Sushi Seasoning with Kelp extract on to just cooked rice and mix to make sushi rice
- 2) Shred cucumbers
- 3) Place sushi rice into a big bowl. Decorate with Salmon, salmon roe and cucumbers. Sprinkle white sesame and shredded seaweed. Serve with preferred amount of soy sauce and wasabi.
