Ingredients
Chicken Wings (12 pieces)
Marinade:
Minced Garlic (1 teaspoon)
Soy Sauce (1 tablespoon)
Salt (to taste)
Sugar (1/2 teaspoon)
Sesame Sauce Roasted Coarse Type 250ml (2 1/2 tablespoons)
Sesoning:
Sesame Sauce Roasted Coarse Type 250ml (2 tablespoons)
Instructions
- Mix marinade ingredints together and add chicken. Marinate for approx. 10 mins.
- Heat oil in wok and deep-fry chicken until golden brown.
- Boil sesame sauce together with the chicken.
- Transfer into a dish and add lettuce.
