Sushi Seasoning 360ml (3Tbsp)
Tuna (for sashimi) (5g)
Sea bream (for sashimi) (6g)
Salmon (for sashimi) (5g)
Squid (for sashimi) (5g)
Egg (1pc)
Octopus (5g)
Shrimp (10g)
Salt (a little bit)
Sugar (1tsp)
Instructions
- Mix freshly cooked rice with Mizkan Sushi Seasoning. Form small rice balls.
- <Tuna> Place tuna on top of rice and press to form a ball.
- <Sea bream> Place sea bream on top of rice and press to form a ball.
- <Salmon> Place salmon on top of rice and press to form a ball.
- <Squid> Place squid on top of rice and press to form a ball.
- <Octopus> Place octopus on top of rice and press to form a ball.
- <Shrimp> Place shrimp on top of rice and press to form a ball.
- <Scrambled egg> Place scrambled egg (with salt & sugar) on top of rice and press to form a ball.
- Place (2),(3),(4),(5),(6),(7),(8) on a plate. Serve.
