Oigatsuo Dashi Soup incorporates the professional techniques of Japanese cuisine with bonito being infused into the dashi twice. We have focused on the effectiveness of bonito dashi, and have added finely ground bonito flakes to two types of dashi: “umami dashi” and “aroma dashi". The delicious flavour of bonito dashi is brought out by our own manufacturing process, making it easy to prepare authentic dishes. (2x concentrated type)
