Salted Salmon Fillet (frozen) | 1 piece (80g) |
Grated Garlic (from a tube) | 1cm |
Olive Oil | 1/2 tablespoon |
Water | US: Approximately 5/6 cup (200ml),UK 200ml |
Milk | 100ml ,US: Approximately 3.5 tablespoons (100ml) |
Sliced Cheese (melting type) | 1 slice |
Coarsely Ground Black Pepper | as needed |
Directions
- 1.Place the spaghetti (broken in half) in a heatproof container in a crisscross pattern. Place the frozen salted salmon on top of the spaghetti, then add the ingredients from in order.
- 2.Cover loosely with cling film and microwave at 600W* for the time indicated on the spaghetti package.
*This value is based on the standards for Japanese microwaves. - 3.Remove from the microwave, break apart the salmon and spaghetti while mixing, then add the ingredients from . Microwave uncovered at 600W for an additional 2–3 minutes.
- 4.Mix well, transfer to a serving plate, and sprinkle with coarsely ground black pepper.
Notes:
- Use a heatproof container with a depth of at least 10 cm and a capacity of 1000 ml or more.
- After adding the milk, be careful of boiling over.
