Ingredients
serves2
Salmon | 2 fillets |
|---|---|
Salt | a pinch |
Coarsely Ground Black Pepper | a pinch |
Vegetable Oil (for frying) | 1 tablespoon |
Butter | 10g |
3 tablespoons | |
Potato | 1/2 medium |
Baby Leaf Salad | as needed |
Directions
- 1.Sprinkle both sides of the salmon with salt and coarsely ground black pepper. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to season.
- 2.Wash the potato thoroughly with water, wrap it in a damp paper towel, and then cover it with cling film. Microwave on 600W for 2 minutes. Test by inserting a toothpick; if it goes through easily, it’s done. If it’s still firm, microwave for an additional minute.
- 3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and cook the salmon on both sides until golden brown and cooked through. Once cooked, use a paper towel to wipe off any excess oil from the pan.
- 4.Add the butter and Ajipon® Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce to the pan, and quickly stir-fry to coat the salmon evenly. Serve on a plate with the potato (cut into wedges) and baby leaf salad on the side.
