Sugar | 1/2 tablespoon |
Directions
- 1.Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and place the Spanish mackerel with the side you want to display facing up. Sear both sides.
- 2.When the mackerel is about 70% cooked, add the sauce ingredients to the pan. Gently shake the pan back and forth to coat the fish with the sauce, simmering until it is glossy and well-coated, being careful not to let it burn.
