Cabbage | 1/4 head |
Shiitake Mushrooms | 8 |
Spring Onions | 2 |
Carrot | 1 |
Garlic Chives | 1/2 bunch |
Water | US: 3 1/3 cups (3.33 cups) (800ml) ,UK: Approximately 800ml |
Sake | 1 tablespoon |

Directions
- 1. In a pot, add water, sake, salt, and chicken wings. Simmer for 20–30 minutes.
- 2.Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces. Roughly chop the cabbage, make decorative cuts on the shiitake mushrooms, and slice the spring onions diagonally. Slice half of the carrot into thin rectangular pieces and use a cutter to shape the other half. Cut the garlic chives into 5cm lengths.
- 3.Add the chicken thigh pieces to the pot from step [1]. Once cooked through, add all ingredients from step [2] except the garlic chives, and cook until the vegetables are tender.
- 4.Add the garlic chives and bring to a boil.
