Directions

  • 1.Slice the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and thinly slice the onion.
  • 2. In a pan, bring the Mizkan Soup Base with Bonito Extract and water to a boil, then add the chicken and onion.
  • 3.Once the chicken is cooked through, pour in the beaten eggs and cook until they are half-set.
  • 4.Serve the cooked mixture over bowls of rice.
