Rich In Yuzu Citrus Seasoned Soy Sauce
This ponzu (citrus seasoned soy sauce) is made with whole-pressed yuzu juice blended perfectly with bonito and kombu (kelp) dashi. It uses 100% yuzu from Kochi Prefecture, Japan's largest yuzu-producing region. Ideal for hot pots and shabu-shabu, it also enhances a variety of dishes such as tataki, salads, ohitashi, gyoza, and grilled fish.
